Villa Bista di Awa
Villa Bista di Awa is a spacious (± 1.000 square meters) holiday villa situated in the residential neighbourhood of Jan Sofat, a luxurious secured area next to the Spanish Water east of Willemstad, the capital of Curaçao."Bista di Awa" means "Ocean View" and that's something you definitely have in this holiday villa. From the 16 meters long porch the view to the Spanish Water and the "Tafelberg" is what you can call spectacular. Do you already see yourself relaxing on this porch or at the private pool admiring a sunset over the Caribbean Sea?
The villa is built upon a hill and is ideally situated on the wind, so it is pleasant to stay at the porch and in the house!
The holiday villa consists of a large top floor and a ground floor (± 1000 m2) with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 porches, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upper floor of the holiday villa has a large open living room with a comfortable sitting area, containing a TV, DVD and Stereo. Here you have access to TDS (cable on Curaçao) so you can receive a number of American TV channels. The stereo offers you the possibility to connect your iPod and the DVD can play both Dutch and American DVD's.
In the living room you also have a large dining table for 12 people and a semi-open, well-equipped kitchen with an American fridge complete with ice cubes and chilled water.
The living room adjoins a 16 meters long veranda with comfortable lounge set where you can relax in the shade, both day and night on tropical Curaçao.
The upper floor also has 2 bathrooms and 3 large double bedrooms with hotel quality box spring beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a double bed (1.80-2.00m), the other two bedrooms each have 2 box-spring beds (0.90-2.00m) which can be separated. All rooms are airconditioned.
The two spacious bathrooms have warm and cold water, plenty of storage space, a shower and a toilet. In one of the two bathrooms there's a hairdryer.
On the ground floor you find, next to a large indoor garage, an indoor apartment with two bedrooms. The holiday apartment has a living room with well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting area with TV and a dining area.
The two bedrooms are each equipped with two hotel quality box spring beds and air conditioning. There is a spacious bathroom.
The holiday apartment has a private terrace with garden furniture. In the basement there is also the laundry room, where you can use the washing machine.
The holiday house can be used as a whole but also as two separate holiday accommodations closed from each other. The house was built so that both floors have their own privacy.
The holiday house also has a large swimming pool with beach beds. The pool is kind of a mezzanine in between of the floors. Both floors have their own access to the pool. Especially for children the swimming pool can be properly locked, so they can only get in when you want them to.
Furthermore the holiday house is situated at a short distance from several beautiful beaches on the south side of the island (Jan Thiel Bay and Barbara Beach), nice restaurants and 15 minutes from the charming Willemstad. The ideal place for a wonderful stay in Curaçao!
